Exchanges and Returns

At MANZANA Amsterdam we understand that sometimes it is difficult to make the right choice. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and therefore offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

How does it work?
Have you changed your mind or do you want to exchange your product? No problem! You have 14 days after purchase to submit an exchange or return request. To do so, contact us via info @manzana -amsterdam .nl . We will then send you the necessary instructions and a return form.

What happens next?
Once you have received the return form, you have another 30 days to send your package to the specified address. This way you have enough time to handle everything at your leisure. Please make sure that your return package has a Track & Trace? As the sender, you are responsible for the package and we would like to avoid misunderstandings!

Finally?
Once we have received the package (sad face), we will ensure that the full purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days (happy face!).
